CFDA's 'Americans in Paris' Program Returns for Third Season

OFF TO PARIS: The “Americans in Paris” program — created by the Council of Fashion Designers of America and Vogue with Tommy Hilfiger’s support — is going into round three later this month. Nine former CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund designers will be heading to the French capital and the selection was revealed at a party hosted by Hilfiger and his wife, Dee, at their apartment at The Plaza Thursday evening. They are A.A.’s Antonio Azzuolo; Albertus Swanepoel; Cushnie et Ochs’ Michelle Ochs and Carly Cushnie; Irene Neuwirth; Shane Gabier and Chris Peters from Creatures of the Wind; Fenton Fallon’s Dana Lorenz; Max Osterweis and Erin Beatty of Suno, Libertine’s Johnson Hartig and Organic’s John Patrick. They will exhibit their spring collections in a showroom at Le Salon Marbeufand, which will be open from Sept. 29 to Oct. 1.
