NorthPark Center Makes Plans for Former Barneys New York Site

So far, the mall plans to put two home stores and relocate two fashion boutiques into the two-level space that the retailer vacated in March.

MAKING ROOM: NorthPark Center plans to put two home stores and relocate two fashion boutiques into the two-level space that Barneys New York vacated in March. Arhaus Furniture will occupy 24,000 square feet on the second floor and Fixtures Living, which offers premium appliances and fixtures, plans to make its Texas debut in 32,000 square feet on the ground floor by summer 2014, the mall announced. NorthPark doesn’t currently have any furniture speciality stores. In addition, CH Carolina Herrera plans to move and expand into 3,651 square feet and Kate Spade New York will double to 3,300 square feet on the ground floor by this fall. About 6,000 square feet of the former anchor remain to be leased.
