After her high-profile tour of the Far East in September — and all the furor over the European publication of those long-lens photographs — the Duchess of Cambridge made a more low-key appearance at a family friend’s wedding Saturday.
Kate, along with her mother, Carole Middleton, and her sister, Pippa Middleton, were guests at the wedding of Thierry Kelaart and Patrick Heathcoat-Amory in Oxfordshire, England. Kate’s father, Michael Middleton, walked the bride down the aisle, as her own father is reported to have passed away. Prince William wasn’t pictured at the event.
The Duchess wore a pale gray, embroidered dress by Erdem for the occasion, the same number she’d worn to the Trooping of the Color ceremony in June. Pippa, meanwhile, wore a cream lace dress, paired with a beige jacket and cream fascinator.
