'Loot' Returns to Museum of Arts and Design in New York

The New York museum's annual curated exhibition and sale of one-of-a-kind handmade jewelry will run from Oct. 1 to 5.

MAD’S LOOT: The Museum of Arts and Design in New York is unveiling its annual curated exhibition and sale of one-of-a-kind handmade jewelry from Oct. 1 to 5. Dubbed “Loot,” the pop-up concept, which is in its 13th year, will showcase the works of over 50 jewelers from 20 countries, as well as pieces from two jewelry students from New York’s Pratt Institute. Proceeds from the show benefit the museum’s exhibition and education programs.

As part of this year’s festivities, the museum will honor fashion luminaries Iris Apfel and jewelry collector Barbara Berger at its gala dinner on Oct. 1 at Robert Restaurant at MAD.
