LYNCH TIME: As part of its “Carte Blanche” program, which puts a designer in charge of artistic programming four times a year, Club Silencio is handing over its creative direction to David Lynch, who designed the underground Paris nightspot. The filmmaker has devised a program including concerts, movies and an exhibition to run from Oct. 21 to 27, coinciding with the FIAC contemporary art fair. Performers will include The Kills, Au Revoir Simone and Lykke Li, and Lynch himself will be on hand Wednesday for the launch of his music album, “Crazy Clown Time.”
