LUNDGREN’S SIDE JOB: Terry Lundgren, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Macy’s Inc., has taken on a side gig as a member of the Procter & Gamble Co.’s board. Bob McDonald, P&G’s chairman, president and ceo, said Lundgren’s “hands-on experience in organizational optimization will be invaluable as we continue to drive our productivity programs forward.” Lundgren will serve on the board’s governance and public responsibility and its innovation and technology committees.
Current P&G director Johnathan Rodgers will retire from the board in October.
