LIGHTS OUT: Isaac Mizrahi will be the first to curate a flick for the new “New York in Film” series at the W New York Downtown. The designer will talk up Bob Fosse’s “Sweet Charity” at a private screening Tuesday night in the hotel’s residential lounge, and he will be back the following night to do the same for a public-paying crowd with proceeds going to his charity of choice, Good Shepherd. Spike Lee will do the honors next month.
