LAMPERT STOCKS UP ON SEARS: Edward S. Lampert, chairman and chief executive officer of Sears Holding Corp., continues to invest his personal money in the retailer — buying stock from his own investors. Lampert bought 1.2 million Sears shares from investors in his ESL Investors fund in a private transaction Monday for $55 million, according to a regulatory filing. That’s a price of $44.36 a share, not far from Monday’s closing price of $44.17. All together, Lampert controls 60.1 million shares of Sears, or 56.5 percent of those outstanding.
