The presidential campaign carries on, and the candidates’ wives continue to make their fashion preferences known. In fact, the styles of Cindy McCain and Michelle Obama couldn’t be more different: One goes sleek and solid, the other loves prints. McCain pulled off a bright red slim-legged pantsuit at the debate, while Obama turned to Thakoon, who is emerging as a surprising first-lady designer, for her flowered dress. Here, a few looks from the past week.
