LABELUX GETS BLOGGING: Labelux has joined the blogosphere with the launch of The LiP, which stands for Luxury in Progress. The blog will showcase international creatives and their design processes, philosophy and techniques. From initial sketches to design work and samples, the space will highlight visionaries and their projects from start to finish. 


The group, which owns Bally, Belstaff, Jimmy Choo, Solange Azagury-Partridge and Zagliani, aims to reveal more in-depth behind-the-scenes coverage.


“Luxury in Progress is a concept that has defined the Labelux process since our inception. We thrive on discovering and learning from emerging perspectives,” said Reinhard Mieck, chief executive officer of the group. “The LiP will contain a collection of progressive voices from thought-leaders, creatives and sustainability visionaries sharingthe latest inspirations from their worlds.”


Launch stories include an interview with globally acclaimed artist Luke Jerram, the story behind style-focused reflective gear for bikers and cyclists from Torch Apparel, and a profile of emotion-centric indie video game Proteus.
