'La Parisienne,' at Galeries Lafayette

ALL ABOUT INES: Inès de la Fressange is taking her style tips to the department store. Fresh off the success of her guidebook of fashionable Parisian haunts, titled “La Parisienne,” the Roger Vivier brand ambassador will oversee a Galeries Lafayette festival of the same name. From March 30 to April 26, the store will host events including window displays illustrating some of the French capital’s most celebrated districts. Fashion products and accessories selected by de la Fressange will bear a tag saying: “Approved by La Parisienne.” She will also host Web TV discussion panels featuring experts like vintage retailer Didier Ludot and designer Vanessa Bruno. Members of the public will be able to submit their own looks to a public vote on Galeries Lafayette’s Facebook page.
