GRAY MATTERS: Grey Area's Kyle De Woody and Manish Vora started an online store for such offbeat artist-designed items as Shelter Serra's $5,000 Handmade Birkin Bag, E.V. Day's mummified Barbies and Laleh Khorramian's $900 Stop Screaming lingerie. Now they are using their creative connections to help the New Museum celebrate its 35th anniversary. Grey Area has recruited LA-based Megan Whitmarsh to whip up soft sculptures for the museum's premium members — old and new.
