KORS ADDS TO BOARD: Michael Kors Holdings Ltd. has added two board members, Ann McLaughlin Korologos and Jean Tomlin, bringing its total membership to nine. Korologos is a former U.S. Secretary of Labor, with expertise in international markets, policy making and corporate governance. Tomlin’s expertise is in the area of human resources. She has served as director, human resources, of the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Previously, she was also the director for human resources of Marks & Spencer plc.
