KARLIE KLOSS HEADS TO IMG: Karlie Kloss has just signed on with IMG Models, deciding not to renew her contract with Next Model Management. Currently ranked number two on Models.com’s Top 50 Models list (Joan Smalls holds the top spot), Kloss will now share a manager with Gisele Bündchen. This is the first step in expanding the 20-year-old model’s portfolio beyond the fashion space. “Karlie has an immense and loyal following, and we welcome the opportunity to help expand her relationships through endorsements as well as our global network that reaches beyond fashion,” said Ivan Bart, IMG Models’ senior vice president and managing director.
In her four-year career, Kloss has been featured in ad campaigns for Oscar de la Renta, Christian Dior, Chloé and Dolce & Gabbana, and has appeared — in the past month alone — on the September covers of British Vogue, Russian Vogue, Japanese Vogue and Numéro.
