IN THE SWIM: Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Julie Henderson has teamed up with Basta Surf to design a collection for spring. Henderson, who was the face of Basta’s 2011 campaign, updated some of the line’s classic cuts with prints for the first time, and created new silhouettes including bandeaux, ruffle tops, a rash guard and a braided T-back top. The collection, wholesaling from $43 to $95, launches exclusively this month on shopbop.com and bastasurf.com and will roll out in surf and specialty shops for late spring and early summer. Sports Illustrated has also pulled suits for its upcoming swimsuit issue. Henderson, who has appeared in the issue for the past six years, is also slated to appear in this year’s pictorial, which hits stands Feb. 12.
