JONES EXEC JOINS NYGARD: Felicia Jackson, who headed the private-label design department at Jones Jeanswear as well as the collaboration with Jones Signature for the jeans line, has joined Nygård International as director of design for bottoms, focusing on the Peter Nygård brand. It is a new post. Before joining Jones, Jackson worked at Nautica, American Eagle and Levi Strauss & Co. She reports to Dawn Robertson, president of Nygård International.
