Jean-Louis Scherrer's Religious Service Set for September

The late designer will be remembered on Sept. 4 in Paris’ Église Saint Sulpice.

SCHERRER SERVICE: A religious service in memory of Jean-Louis Scherrer will be held at Eglise Saint Sulpice on Paris’ Left Bank on Sept. 4 at 10 a.m. Scherrer’s friends and former employees published the information in Le Figaro newspaper’s weekend edition. It said the service is in accordance with his wishes. As reported, Scherrer died on June 20 at the age of 78, and an intimate service was held for him at the crematorium of the city’s Père Lachaise cemetery on June 26.
