Japanese Designer Tsumori Chisato and Petit Bateau Team Up

They are creating a series of casual jersey pieces for women, girls and babies.

TINY DEAL: Japanese fashion designer Tsumori Chisato has teamed up with Petit Bateau on a series of casual jersey pieces for women, girls and babies. The designer has injected the French brand’s signature nautical-inspired stripes with her own quirky style, transforming them into waves, with the word ‘love’ trailing across the center of t-shirts, tank tops and rompers. The collection will go on sale online and at select Petit Bateau stores from June 8. Prices will range from 6,090 yen, or about $75, for a baby tank top to 13,440 yen, or $166, for a women’s dress.
