IT’S OVER: Tommy Hilfiger and Dee Ocleppo have called off their engagement. They had planned to get married Friday at Hilfiger’s home in Mustique in the West Indies, before an intimate family group. But the couple has split, WWD has learned. “They remain friends but they’re not going forward with the engagement,” a Hilfiger spokesman confirmed. “They are not making any further comments.” Hilfiger and Ocleppo, an American former model, first met in Saint-Tropez in July 2005.
