Diane von Furstenberg Presents Scent in Milan

Her visit helped thaw relations with Camera Nazionale della Moda president Mario Boselli.

IN THE LION’S DEN: Diane von Furstenberg’s presentation in Milan of her Diane fragrance at the Sephora store on Thursday helped thaw relations with Camera Nazionale della Moda president Mario Boselli. Von Furstenberg, who heads the Council of Fashion Designers of America, met with Boselli amicably a day earlier and Boselli returned the favor by making an appearance at the store. “We are friends, we’ve known each other for a long time and we are going to solve this,” said von Furstenberg, in between signing autographs for fans, referring to the complicated show calendar issue. “What’s done is done, but we want to turn a page and start working on the 2013 dates,” said Boselli.
