WALK THIS WAY: Katie Grand is back with a second collection for Hogan, which will be shown later this week in Milan. The fall collection has expanded to 63 pieces, and includes two new, original shoe shapes, three bags, small leather goods, key rings, and iPad cases in solid colors and a zebra print with a heart motif.
Grand said she’s introduced ponyskin tap shoes with a heart-shaped heel, and a sportier, slip-on flat with a concealed, 2.5-centimeter platform. “They’re everyday, throw-on, no-brainer shoes,” she said. The collection also features three new bags: A day-to-evening one in ponyskin or deerskin with a rose gold chain; a bigger bag for carrying sneakers and heels; and weekend one. The new collection will be presented in Milan on Wednesday.
Prices range from 100 pounds, or $155, for the small leather goods and go up to 500 pounds, or $775 and more for the bags. The collection currently sells at Hogan stores, 10 Corso Como, Liberty, Harvey Nichols and Colette. Grand said Baron & Baron created a magazine to showcase the collection with Stephanie Seymour on the cover.
