HIT OR MIZ?: A swarm of paparazzi followed Anne Hathaway as she made her way into the Lanvin boutique in Paris on Thursday afternoon. While Lanvin officials declined all comment on her visit, rumor has it the American actress had a fitting with creative director Alber Elbaz. Hathaway was in Paris for the French premiere of “Les Misérables” and is believed headed to London for Sunday night’s BAFTA Awards.
