HALSTON UPDATE: Could Halston be nixing plans to hire a marquee name to replace Marco Zanini? According to sources, the company is opting to move ahead with the in-place design team creating the collections — at least for the foreseeable future. The decision is said to have come after executives at the company met with several designers including Roland Mouret. As reported, Zanini left the company after just one runway outing. However, Zanini is said to have conceived the spring collection, which will be presented at the Museum of Modern Art next Tuesday.
