FRESH OFF THE STREET: Freshpair.com is taking its annual underwear expose off the streets this year to stage a cocktail party and fashion show on Tuesday, which will be hosted by model Lydia Hearst at Espace. Special guest for the soiree will be that underwear model Tyson Beckford. The online undies site has hosted zany underwear events in New York’s Times Square and other public areas for the past five years, where it has staged outdoor fashion shows and provided changing cubicles for pedestrians to try on a new pair of undies. Apparently, the online company feels it can take its tighty-whitey events behind closed doors.
