CHARITY SHADES: Guess Inc. is teaming with the Susan G. Komen foundation on a limited edition eyewear collection to support the breast cancer charity.
Retailing for $80, both the black-framed sunglasses and optical eyewear features pink rhinestones in a metal triangle plaque, a capped Guess logo and a breast cancer awareness ribbon on the outside the temple tips. Sunglass shapes include oversized cat eyes and square shapes on acetate frames. The optical frames, which are small and rectangular, come in either acetate or metal.
According to Guess, for every pair sold, Viva International Group, its licensing partner, will donate $5 to the cancer foundation. Shoppers can snap up the eyewear at Guess stores or on guess.com, starting mid-September.
