GO JANE GO: Aéropostale Inc. has acquired the online footwear and apparel retailer GoJane.com for an undisclosed amount. Based in Ontario, Calif., the online fashion retailer was founded by Tony Pang and Kurt Kimura in 1998. It currently generates about $19 million in annual revenues.
Thomas P. Johnson, chief executive officer of Aéropostale, said the acquisition “complements our fast growing e-commerce business as we expand into new product categories and offerings.”
