BERGE’S BOOK FOR YVES: Pierre Bergé, the longtime companion and business partner of late couturier Yves Saint Laurent, is pouring his heart out in a new book. Bergé has penned “Letters to Yves,” which will be published by Editions Gallimard in February. The entrepreneur said Tuesday the 125-page French-language tome contains no photos, only text, and was written between Christmas — about six months after the designer died of brain cancer at age 71 — and August.
