CITY GIRL: Rachel Bilson took in the Salvatore Ferragamo show on Sunday. Sitting next to James Ferragamo, who is in charge of accessories, Bilson said she’s wrapped up her latest flick,  “New York, I Love You,” with Shia LaBeouf and Natalie Portman, but production on her next movie has been delayed. “I’m not sure how much I can say about that,” she demurred.
