FOOTLOOSE: Christian Louboutin’s collaboration with Paris cabaret Crazy Horse is set to be a leggy event. “Because of what I do, for these numbers I concentrated on the lower half of the body more than the top,” Louboutin stated. “The language of legs can express any and every feeling.” The show will be renamed Feu (or fire, in English) for the occasion. From March 5 to May 31, four different tableaux created by Louboutin will have themes including hip-hop and paintings by the great masters. Patricia Folly, a Crazy Horse dancer and choreographer, assisted Louboutin with the dance routines, while David Lynch and Swizz Beatz wrote original music for the occasion, and Egyptian photographer Youssef Nabil shot the poster image.
