SEEING RED: A grand, three-story Louis Vuitton shop-in-shop, dedicated to women’s clothing, leather goods, accessories and jewelry, will form part of Printemps Haussmann’s new luxury fashion and accessories store concept that’s due for completion in April. Measuring around 4,300 square feet, the space will include features such as a monumental staircase and a mosaic mural. A collection of limited edition mini shawls will go on sale for the store’s opening. Paying homage to its patrimony and the new accessories floors, meanwhile, Printemps has commissioned a number of luxury brands to dye iconic accessories in the store’s signature shade: Rubine red. The items, which include Salvatore Ferragamo’s Sofia bag and Chanel’s Coco Cocoon bag, will be displayed in the store’s windows from April 28 to June 20. A pop-up store in Printemps’ accessories basement, meanwhile, will host more red goodies by the likes of Vanessa Bruno, Repetto and Casio.
