ENTOURAGE: Naomi Campbell put in an appearance at Dolce & Gabbana this season, but not on the runway. She watched from the front row and, true to form, had her beefy bodyguards plow through the crowd to whisk her backstage afterward. Among others expected are LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton chief Bernard Arnault, artist Terence Koh and a host of international editors.
