It's something with which executives at IMG Fashion must be all too familiar. The producers of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week just signed a two-year contract to continue staging shows in the tents in Bryant Park, and details of the deal have now been made public. According to the contract, IMG Fashion will pay Bryant Park more than $1.2 million in rental fees for each of the two show seasons next year, and more than $1.3 million for each fashion week in 2009. And, for the February 2010 shows — currently the last contracted season — the rental fee for the park will be close to $1.5 million.
