Tiffany, Coach, Chanel and Judith Leiber are among the companies Siegel has worked for in the past 25 years. She steps into this new post just as Dylan's is expanding its New York flagship to 15,000 square feet and preparing to launch in Neiman Marcus stores this fall. But mastering the names of the 5,000 types of candy sold in the company's five freestanding stores and online may be a trickier assignment for Siegel.
