TANSKY'S TURMOIL: Neiman Marcus' Burt Tansky was a bit peeved on Tuesday night as a guest at the Phoenix House 2007 Fashion at The Pierre in New York — he was misinformed about the dress code (he wore a pinstripe suit, most of the other guests, including Leonard Lauder, Andrew Rosen and Howard Socol, were in black tie) and there were waiters bumping into him left and right. But the good-hearted Tansky was only too happy to attend to laud — and roast — friend Rose Marie Bravo of Burberry, who was honored along with Scoop co-owner Stefani Greenfield. Tansky ended his speech with a surprising statement: "Rose Marie, don't forget to tell them about the time we slept together." Bravo, knowing Tansky's humor, quickly added, "It was on Alitalia to Milano...we had beds." Phoenix House has treated substance abusers and recovering substance abusers since 1967.
