CHICAGO’S NEW OUTLETS: Mall developer AWE Talisman and Macerich this week revealed anchor stores for the Fashion Outlets of Chicago, slated to open in Rosemont, Ill., on Aug. 1. In addition to Bloomingdale’s The Outlet Store, Last Call by Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, the 530,000-square-foot mall will include an array of shoe brands and retailers. Footwear tenants include Aldo, AllSaints, Asics, Coach, Cole Haan, Converse, Crocs, Famous Footwear Outlet, Finish Line, G.H. Bass, Gucci, Johnston & Murphy, Kenneth Cole, L.K. Bennett London, Michael Kors, Naturalizer, Nike, Prada, Puma, Saucony, Skechers, Sperry Top-Sider, Steve Madden, Tory Burch, Under Armour and Vince Camuto. “Fashion Outlets of Chicago marks our commitment to the changing face of outlet retail in America,” Art Coppola, Macerich chairman and chief executive.
