Fashion Girls for Japan, which last month staged a giant designer sample sale at the Bowery Hotel in New York, is setting up shop in Tokyo this weekend. A huge roster of Japanese designers including Anrealage, John Lawrence Sullivan, N.Hoolywood, Nozomi Ishiguro, G.V.G.V. and Undercover are donating goods for the sale, which will take place Saturday and Sunday at the Gyre building on Omotesando Avenue. All of the Tokyo sale proceeds will go to the Civic Force to benefit disaster relief efforts. The Bowery Hotel sale netted $270,000 for earthquake victims in Japan.
