FAMILY TIME: The Hilfigers, both real and fictional, are out in full force this fashion week. Tommy Hilfiger made an appearance at his daughter Ally Hilfiger and Nary Manivong’s NAHM show at Milk Studios Friday morning. Tommy Hilfiger said he was busy with three fashion shows this week: men’s, women’s and a combined show for American Express cardholders on Thursday that will feature the fictional Hilfiger family and dog, who star in the company’s ad campaign. Hilfiger’s wife, Dee Ocleppo, who was also there to support Ally, said she was getting ready to launch her new handbag line, Deesigns by Dee Ocleppo on HSN on March 21.
Chelsea Tyler, who has appeared in Andy Hilfiger’s ad campaign for the Andrew Charles collection, inspired by Steven Tyler, also attended the NAHM show. Chelsea, the 22-year-old daughter of the Aerosmith vocalist and “American Idol” judge, is featured in the March issue of Glamour magazine. Asked if she’ll be appearing in any fashion shows this week, she replied, “I’m going to a lot of shows, but I’m not in them.”
