EXPANDING IN EUROPE: The Juicy Couture brand is expanding its retail presence in Europe via a partnership between Juicy’s brand owner Authentic Brands Group and the Folli Follie Group. Under the terms of the long-term partnership agreement, FFG will have the exclusive wholesale and retail distribution rights for the Juicy brand across Europe. The existing Juicy stores in the U.K. and continental Europe, such as the Regent Street flagship in the U.K. and the outlet at Kildare Village in Ireland, will be taken over by FFG. FFG will open additional Juicy retail stores in high-profile locations, as well as continuously develop and roll out shops-in-shop concepts within department stores across European markets.
“This move for Juicy Couture has ignited the momentum that will drive the brand to reach its significant global potential,” said Nick Woodhouse, president and creative marketing officer at ABG. “Through our collaboration with FFG, we will be able to maintain the presence that Juicy Couture has built, while making way for new opportunities and reaching Juicy customers in untapped locations.”
