GREEN SLEEVES: Eco-fashion was the overall winner at the British Fashion Council’s Young International Entrepreneur of the Year Awards on Saturday. The winner of the International section was Oscar Lawalata, who creates textiles using traditional Indonesian handicraft methods. The British Young Entrepreneur winner, Simeon Hartwig, designs men’s wear, and said he was so inspired by his eco-minded peers that he plans to spend part of his $107,500 prize looking at ways to make his business more green.
