FAMILY PORTRAIT: Late Saturday, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge released a family photograph of them and their eight-month-old son Prince George — and their cocker spaniel, Lupo — ahead of the family’s tour of New Zealand and Australia next month. The image, shot by photographer Jason Bell in mid-March, shows Kate and William looking out of the window of their Kensington Palace apartment, Kate with her arms around George and William holding their dog. The image’s release also coincides with Sunday’s Mother’s Day holiday in the U.K. Buckingham Palace didn’t disclose who designed the white blouse Kate wears in the picture, or who designed George’s knitted blue sweater, stitched with his name in white. As reported, Kate, William and George will embark on their tour of Australia and New Zealand April 7 and the trip will run through April 25. The tour will mark George’s first official visit overseas.
