Disappearing Act

Jack Huston, nephew of Hollywood star Anjelica Huston, said at the Roberto Cavalli show that he was on his way to the Edinburgh International Film Festival to present his latest flick, “Boogie Woogie,” a comedy also starring Amanda Seyfried and Heather Graham. This is a busy time for Huston, with “The Garden of Eden,” “Outlander” and “Shrink” all out more or less at the same time. “I love to play different characters,” said Huston. “I become quite introverted when I’m in a role, and tend to sort of disappear.” Not so when he’s out and about in fashion circles. Huston, whose dates include the likes of models Helena Christensen and Cat Deeley, modeled Yves Saint Laurent in an artistic film to present a men’s collection a year ago. Meanwhile, Cavalli, asked for an update on the possible sale of a stake in his company to private equity fund Clessidra, replied: “We’re still not there, but getting close. Hopefully by September.”
