A CHAT WITH LYNN: From A-list celebrities like George Clooney to fashion luminaries, Lynn Wyatt is becoming the interview darling in Houston. Her latest chat in front of an audience was with Lisa Immordino Vreeland, director of “The Eye Has To Travel,” a documentary about Diana Vreeland.

The film closed out the 4th annual Houston Cinema Arts Festival and the sold out audience gathered at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston stayed after the film for a casual Q&A.“All I can say is ‘wow’,” Wyatt said after seeing the film.

Although Wyatt never met Vreeland, she reminded her of another legend, Estee Lauder. “There was something grandmotherly about her,” Wyatt said of Vreeland. “Estee was the same way. If she was out to lunch and saw someone with the wrong shade of lipstick, she would tell them, ‘That’s not right for you,’ and the next day a little gift set with the right shade would be sent to them.”

A light moment chat occurred when Wyatt learned it was Immordino Vreeland’s birthday and the whole audience broke into cheers, with Wyatt leading the applause.
