Designers Show Their Support at Colleagues' Shows

Alexander Wang, Philip Crangi and Eddie Borgo were at pal Joseph Altuzarra’s runway, to name a few.

GOOD WILL HUNTING: Fashion can be a cutthroat business, but it can be plenty supportive too — just take the scores of the designers who have been spotted at their colleagues’ shows. Alexander Wang, Philip Crangi and Eddie Borgo were at pal Joseph Altuzarra’s runway. (Borgo was also present at Mandy Coon.) Thom Browne and Rodarte’s Kate Mulleavy sat front row at Libertine. Carolina Herrera made it to Prabal Gurung; Phillip Lim, to Richard Chai — Love; Rogan Gregory, to Suno, and Nicola Formichetti to Tim Hamilton. Cynthia Rowley, meanwhile, made a guest appearance at the London-based Duro Olowu’s New York debut on Sunday night and their connection goes beyond mere industry acquaintance. His wife is Thelma Golden, director and chief curator of The Studio Museum in Harlem, where Rowley once went into labor.
