DailyCandy, Tribeca Enterprises Team Up for 'Fashion In Film' Series

The women’s digital media company has joined forces with Tribeca Enterprises to launch a two-day fashion and film event.

FASHION FLICKS: Hot on the heels of its multiplatform refresh in June — which included a revamped Web site, mobile site and mobile app — DailyCandy is getting down to business. The women’s digital media company has joined forces with Tribeca Enterprises, the parent company of the Tribeca Film festival, to launch a two-day fashion and film event on Sept. 19 and 20. The “Fashion In Film” event, which will be open to the public on the second day, will feature two exclusive short films —a narrative and a documentary — and a panel discussion at New York’s Tribeca Cinemas and on “While it was not a requisite, we are thrilled that both of our directors are women,” said DailyCandy’s executive vice president, Alison Moore. “These women's films will tell positive, delightful stories of influential and stylish people.”
