Claudie Pierlot Sets Capsule Collection

To fete its 30th birthday, the French brand teamed with 10 labels for summer line.

SUMMER SPECIAL: To help celebrate its 30th birthday, Claudie Pierlot asked 10 brands to create fashion items needed for summer vacation. Among those tapped were Guillaume Gibault of Le Slip Français; model Audrey Marnay; eyeglass maker Emmanuelle Khahn, and accessories label Medecine Douce.


Gibault’s contribution to the 11-piece capsule collection, which was wholly made in France, is a pair of striped boyish underwear and striped espadrilles created in collaboration with shoemaker 1789 Cala. The limited-edition Claudie Pierlot line ranges in price from 30 euros to 360 euros, or $39.25 to $471 at current exchange, and is available in the brand’s boutiques and on its Web site.
