Apparently, Cindy McCain is taking a page from First Lady Laura Bush.
Both women wore Oscar de la Renta when they shared the stage Monday night at the Republican National Convention in St. Paul. McCain opted for a goldenrod-colored shirtdress with the collar up, while Bush went with a cream knit suit with an embellished trim.
Earlier this summer McCain braved the New York City heat to check out de la Renta’s showroom. She dressed up her opening night attire for the RNC with a three-strand pearl necklace, a diamond pin and white watch.
