ROADSHOW: Hussein Chalayan has designs on London Fashion Week. The Central Saint Martins’ alum, who shows his collections in Paris, is screening a film of his spring/summer 2007 collection from today through March 10 at the St. Martins Lane Hotel. The 16-minute film, which includes images of the collection’s mechanically morphing dresses, is also part of “Hussein Chalayan – From Fashion and Back,” an exhibition currently running in London’s Design Museum.
