CARLA WEARS STELLA: Stella McCartney’s collection for GapKids continues to garner grown-up fans. Carla Bruni-Sarkozy wore the “Miller” marching jacket from the Stella McCartney for GapKids fall collection when she performed a duet with Harry Connick Jr., which was broadcast on France’s Canal Plus channel Monday night. And appropriately enough, the duo sang a cover of The Beatles’ “And I Love Her,” penned by Stella’s father, Paul McCartney. During the accompanying interview, Bruni-Sarkozy also talked about agreeing to a role in Woody Allen’s next film. When asked if she knew what the role would be, Bruni-Sarkozy replied, “No — but I said yes.” She added that Allen had asked her not to appear in anyone else’s film before his own. “When I’m a grandmother, I’d like to be able say I’ve made a film with Woody Allen,” she added.
