Cacharel Stepping Into Eyewear

The French brand under the Aeffe umbrella has signed a four-year licensing agreement with Hong Kong-based Mondottica.

NEW DEAL: Cacharel is stepping into the eyewear arena. The French brand under the Aeffe umbrella has signed a four-year licensing agreement with Hong Kong-based Mondottica for the production and worldwide distribution of its first lines of optical frames and sunglasses for women, men and children. The collection will be unveiled during Paris Fashion Week in September.

Mondottica already manufactures eyewear collections for several fashion brands, including Christian Lacroix, Anna Sui, Hackett Ted Baker, Lulu Guiness and Pepe Jeans.
