Buccellati to Open Chicago Store

The Italian jewelry company has inked a long-term lease on a 2,405-square-foot space on East Oak Street, previously home of the historic Esquire Theater.

A CHICAGO GEM: Buccellati is set to hit Chicago next fall. The Italian jewelry company has inked a long-term lease on a 2,405-square-foot space on East Oak Street, previously home of the historic Esquire Theater. Faith Hope Consolo, chairman of Douglas Elliman’s Retail Group, said it will be Buccellati’s first U.S. store outside New York. According to Consolo, luxury firms Christian Louboutin and Tom Ford will open their boutiques in the same building.

Buccellati, which relocated its New York flagship store on Madison Avenue last December, currently counts 14 freestanding stores worldwide, including two additional doors in the U.S. in Aspen and in Beverly Hills.
